Allegany State Park Engagement Session

Well, the season is officially here. The season where my High School graduates and friends are getting married is HERE!! Brenna and I went to Middle School, High School and hung out with one another here & there while growing up together! We even shared a very close mutual friend, whom we’re STILL close with to this day!

My heart exploded when I received an email from Brenna saying she’d love it if I was the one who captured her’s and Cole’s special day. Immediately, my eyes filled with tears. Why? Because I absolutely LOVE capturing weddings, but to have it be someone you know, someone you grew up with, THAT makes it even more special. I was overjoyed! Some days, I still have to pinch myself that I get to be a part of these magical experiences.

These love birds were engaged while they were vacationing in Aruba!! (Can we just stop and realize how AMAZING that is?!) They were going for a walk on the beach right at sunset to look for conch shells. Brenna turned around after finding a conch shell and Cole was down on one knee! Guys, I can’t make this stuff up. It’s right out of a fairy tale book!! How sweet.

While trying to decide the location of their session, Brenna told me her and Cole were very outdoorsy and loved to be outdoors. I couldn’t think of a better location to showcase that than Allegany State Park! Take a look below at some of my favorite images from their session!
