Cook Forest Winter Engagement
When Afton first reached out to me, I knew instantly we were going to be the perfect fit for one another! She stumbled across my website through Instagram and I was THRILLED to receive her email. Both her and Nick are so full of joy and love. You’ll be able to see exactly what I’m talking about as you scroll through their images! Nick was such a jokester the entire time he made photographing him that much more enjoyable! I traveled to Crook Forest to capture these images and let me tell you – these two are stinking CHAMPS. It was absolutely FREEZING for their session, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time together!
It was so nice to have Nick and Afton show me some new places and new locations for their portraits! I love how all of these images turned out. Maybe it was Afton’s amazing dress… maybe it was the snow falling so perfectly in the background… or maybe it was just a great day because I was working with such a great couple!!
I loved spending time with this sweet couple. They are so easy going and fun to be around. Not only were they sweet and personable, but Afton even brought along hot chocolate to enjoy since it was so cold! If anything, I should have brought gifts for THEM! I can’t wait for their 2020 wedding. It seems so far away, but I know that it will be here before we know it! I can’t believe the next time I see them, it’ll be their WEDDING DAY!
Picking favorites was by far a challenge for me this session! Enjoy getting to know Afton and Nick via their engagement pictures!
