Andy and Chelsea | PA Wedding Photographer
This engagement session hit very close to home for me. I’ve known Andy since we were in middle school and we “ran” in the same friend group throughout high school and remained friends even after that. When I heard the news that he was engaged — I was overjoyed for him and his sweet soon-to-be-bride!
The first time I met Chelsea, I instantly knew we were going to get along! She sat down at my kitchen table for our very first meet and greet and she was just so bubbly and outgoing, I knew we would click! She talked about her wedding day vision and showed me some Pinterest board ideas (all gorgeous, by the way), and you know what her top priority was? Portraits. That’s right, y’all, wedding day portraits were the number one thing on Chelsea’s mind while we were going over their ceremony location. GUYS. I could not have asked for a better bride!!
Of course we had to go back to the location where Andy “popped” the question for their engagement portraits! While Andy and Chelsea were walking along the Kinzua Bridge State Park trail one day, Andy decided to ask Chelsea on forever. How sweet! When Chelsea told me she was set on doing the engagement session there — I had no objection! 1) It’s gorgeous. 2) This location is SO special to the two of them. 3) You could put these two cuties anywhere and they would stinking shine!!
Andy and Chelsea are so easy going, relaxed and they trusted me through their entire session. While walking around Kinzua Bridge, we had some visitors around. As we expected to! It’s a very popular place and has many visitors each year. It’s hard enough having your pictures taken, but then adding people all around you on top of that, but they made it so easy! Judging by the portraits below — nothing phased them. They were surrounded by one another and that’s all they could see. Enjoy some of my favorites below!!
