Brock and Sarah | Allegany, New York

As soon as we pulled up, Pastor Sean greeted us and he was full of energy and life. I knew from that moment it was going to be an amazing day. Both of us voiced how beautiful the weather was and how we were nervous there was a chance of rain when we checked the radar previously. But from where I was standing, there were no clouds in sight! It was a gorgeous day for a wedding and I couldn’t have been happier to be a part of it.

As soon as I saw Sarah, my heart just melted. She told me how excited, but nervous she was. With everything going on, they had to cut down their guest list to just her’s and Brock’s immediate family. Even with all of that, she was still just as excited as ever. She was about to marry her best friend and I could tell that was all she cared about.

I had a lot of moments throughout their wedding day where I felt my eyes starting to water.  However, there were two specific moments that really stuck out to me. Brock and Sarah shared the sweetest first look. At one moment, Sarah took her hand and wiped a tear away from Brock’s eye because how couldn’t he tear up over a gorgeous bride like Sarah? It reminded me of why I’m a true believer and #teamfirstlook in the first place! There’s no reason for me to continue explaining. I think you should look at the images below and you’ll see what I mean.

The other moment was that both Sarah and Brock decided to share a Parents First Look. I’m telling you guys, the only way again, is just to look at the photos below. The. Sweetest. Thing. When Sarah’s Father gave her a present during their Daddy/Daughter First Look, again, I melted. The present was a photo of the two of them together and it was so she could attach it on her bouquet for her wedding day. Y’all, please hold your crying until the end of the blog post.

This was such a beautiful day. The weather, the couple, the celebration of the two families becoming one. It was perfect. As you scroll through my favorite images from the day, you should know, that even though this has been a tough season not only for myself as a wedding photographer, but for my couples – this proves that love wins and will always win.

Enjoy some of my favorites!! Congrats Brock and Sarah!!
